Pioneer Works Foreman Night Caps

Pioneer Works (“PW”) Foreman Night Caps are designed to temporarily seal pipe ends during pipeline maintenance or construction, preventing unwanted material such as dirt, water, debris, animals, etc. from entering the pipeline conduit.  PW Foreman Night Caps consist of two aluminum "discs," which are pressed together through the tightening of the central bolt (easily done with a standard wrench).  As the discs are pressed together, the surrounding rubber gasket expands, forming a fit around the inside diameter of the pipe.  Pioneer Works Foreman Night Caps also come with a removable vent cap, which can be used to release substances that may have accumulated inside the pipe.  PW Foreman Night Caps are made from rugged yet lightweight cast aluminum, which allows most sizes to be easily installed by one person.  PW Foreman Night Caps come in a variety of sizes, ranging from 3" to 42".  Replacement rubber gaskets are also available. 

CAUTION: Pioneer Works Foreman Night Caps are not intended for use in pressure testing or vapor containment.  Pioneer Works Foreman Night Caps are NOT PRESSURE HOLDING DEVICES and use as such could result in serious injury.  Use extreme caution when working in areas in front of plugged pipe.
